Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved per procedures and KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams.
7. Update customers on network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues.

Who You Are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
