About

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will support the NOC engineering team by managing incidents, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring compliance with KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7 shift pattern to maintain critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create and manage network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Dispatch tickets to support teams and service providers.
4. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies and customers.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Proficiency in 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of seniority.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
