Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the care industry.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Familiarity with CQC and Ofsted standards is desirable.

• Provide ongoing support to young people during the night.
• Ensure safety and support through various challenges faced by young people.
• Build trusting relationships to empower individuals toward independence.

Skills

Good verbal and written English

Experience in the children and young persons' care industry
