Job summary

Sainsbury's in Hoddesdon is seeking an overnight Nightshift Manager to lead a team and ensure replenishment, deliveries and store readiness. The role includes solo shift responsibility during the night, safeguarding colleague wellbeing and maintaining high standards for the morning rush.

Your leadership will drive KPI performance, service quality and smooth operations across the store, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and safety during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs such as sales, availability and customer satisfaction.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPI-driven performance and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while prioritising deliveries and organizing the warehouse.
• Run full store operations overnight, responsible for the shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning to deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage performance, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
