The role offers full-time hours over four nights, plus a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. You will focus on KPI delivery, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards to serve customers by morning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team overnight and delivering replenishment across a store.
• Proven ability to manage performance, disciplinaries and scheduling.
• Strong focus on customer service standards and KPI achievement.
