Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced nightshift manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations in the UK. You will be responsible for prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, replenishing shelves, and ensuring a safe, well-run store overnight.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance, and schedule payroll while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role offers full-time night shifts (22:00–08:00) across 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, store environment.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance and absence issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and store operations, prioritise deliveries and manage warehouse.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards so the store is ready to serve customers in the morning.
• Manage scheduling, performance, disciplinaries and payroll accuracy.
