Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations in our UK stores. You will hands‑on manage, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are replenished ahead of the morning rush.

You will coach and develop colleagues, monitor KPIs, handle disciplinary matters, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay. This role demands resilience to night‑shift demands and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues to high performance.
• Experience running store operations during night shifts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to execute replenishment, prioritise deliveries, and maintain shelves.
• Oversee full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards for morning readiness and customer service.
