Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in the absence of more senior managers.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
• Desirable - has worked night shifts in a high-volume, operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant come morning to serve customers.
• Oversee scheduling and pay, and coach performance.
