Job summary

You’ll lead the shift, safeguard colleagues, and drive high service standards to prepare the store for customers at opening.

You will be responsible for performance, scheduling, and payroll while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage performance and conduct disciplinaries.
• Strong focus on safety and colleague wellbeing during night shifts.
