Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations in our Grays store. You’ll supervise a team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are topped before opening hours.

You’ll be responsible for safety, colleague wellbeing and KPI delivery, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, discount card and cycle-to-work.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service focus and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs like sales, availability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning to serve customers effectively.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay to maintain smooth operations.
