Job summary

Sainsbury's Water Lane Store in Farnham is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, run store operations and ensure shelves are fully stocked and ready for the morning.

You’ll manage a team, monitor KPI performance, handle scheduling and disciplinaries, and receive a £4,500 nightshift premium on top of the base salary of £31,700, with additional store‑size dependent variations.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Comfortable with nightshift working and the physical/mental demands.
• Strong focus on customer service and coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries; organise warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run full store operations overnight; ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant come morning and ready to serve customers.
• Manage performance, discipline, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
