Job summary

Retail is seeking a Nightshift Store Manager to lead a full nightshift, supervising replenishment, warehouse organisation and shelf replenishment. You will be responsible for the full shift, safety of colleagues, and ensuring morning standards are ready for customers.

As a nightshift manager you will oversee performance, scheduling and payroll while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Proven track record delivering KPI targets and service standards.
• Experience managing employee relations issues including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and warehouse operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient store operation during night shift and prepare morning standards.
• Coach and develop colleagues, manage scheduling and payroll.
• Maintain high customer service standards and overall store readiness.
