Job summary

Retail is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves. You will run the full store operation during the night, ensuring safety and high standards for morning service.

Strong customer service, people management, and KPI delivery are essential. You will handle performance, disciplinaries, and scheduling, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment — motivated others, driven performance, and kept operations running smoothly.
• Operational leadership skills — responsibility for store operations in absence of more senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs — sales, availability, customer satisfaction or colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment across the store and organise the warehouse and shelves.
• Run full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure high standards are in place for morning service.
• Manage scheduling and pay, including disciplinary matters as needed.
