The role focuses on leadership, performance coaching, and ensuring KPI targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safe, efficient operations during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifications

• Brilliant customer service across fast-paced store environments.
• Proven track record leading teams in operational settings.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs and performance indicators.
• Ability to manage employee relations including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment across the store.
• Occasionally run a full store operation overnight and ensure safety of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning for customer service readiness.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and payroll accuracy.
