Job summary

Sainsburys in Farnham is seeking an experienced Nightshift Lead to manage a team of managers overnight, ensuring replenishment and seamless operations for customers at the start of the day.

You will coach leaders, handle performance and disciplinaries, prioritise health and safety, and work four nights per week with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight; deliver replenishment for customers by morning.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities with the store leadership team.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training and disciplinary actions; maintain team performance.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety for all on shift.
• Be accountable for the overnight store operations and coaching for efficiency.
