You will coordinate replenishments, plan for key trading events, and ensure safety, performance, and customer service standards are upheld.

This full-time permanent role offers a 4-night schedule with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including discounts, pension, annual bonus, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading managers overnight in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong people management, scheduling, and performance discussions.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements across store operations.
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions and coaching.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused results.
• Experience managing change and implementing new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring replenishment for customers the next day.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities by working with store leadership.
• Oversee pay, scheduling, training, and employee relations.
• Be accountable for store overnight health and safety and for maintaining high standards.
• Ensure KPI targets for sales, stock availability and customer satisfaction are met.
