Job summary

You’ll lead managers, drive key trading activities, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift management experience
• Experience leading managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Data-driven with ability to interpret KPI and performance indicators
• Proven ability to deliver high standards, improve efficiency and engage teams
• Ability to manage disciplinaries and employee relations fairly

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight and ensure readiness for the morning shift
• Plan for upcoming trading activities in collaboration with store leadership
• Oversee people management, including scheduling, training, performance and ER matters
• Take accountability for store overnight operations, safety, and standards
• Ensure health and safety for all colleagues on shift
