What you will do

The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

• Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
• Up‑selling products as and when appropriate in a subtle and conversational manner.
• Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
• Removing dirty items from tables to avoid clutter in a timely manner.
• Feeling empowered to make a decision that will enhance the member experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
• Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
• Demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Continually improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate member needs.
