Blue Triangle (Glasgow) Housing Association Limited is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Kilmarnock to provide personalised support for individuals transitioning from rehab. The role requires flexible shifts, team collaboration, and empathetic engagement with residents.

Salary is £24,479 per annum pro rata, with conditions to register with the SSSC and pursue ongoing professional learning. Recruitment contact via [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for helping people.
• Ability to relate empathetically and respect individual choice.
• Willingness to work flexibly including lone-working scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft or equivalent applications.
• SVQ 2 or higher and motivation to progress to SVQ 3.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people as part of a team.
• Review and monitor progress using the case management system to achieve person-centered outcomes.
• Maintain and update recording systems and documentation within required timeframes.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and sessions per the support plan.
• Offer general advocacy and advice to help occupants meet occupancy conditions.
