Advance Housing and Support in Christchurch, Bournemouth BH23 1ES is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health conditions, helping them live the lives they choose.

You will work 27-hr or 36-hr night contracts per week on a rota that includes weekends and holidays, with training and ongoing support to grow within the social care sector.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
• Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with independent skills
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
• Keeping up to date with your training
• Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
• Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
