Advance Housing & Support Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a passionate Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs live the lives they choose. You will work 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, with day, evening and sleep-in shifts as required.

No prior care experience is necessary; your values and motivation matter. You will contribute to personal care, meals, appointments, and activities while keeping accurate records and following care plans.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required; values and compassion matter.
• Ability to complete quality support records is essential.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and shifts 7:00–22:30.
• Must be literate and numerate in English.
• Willingness to achieve Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.
• Medication administration if required.
• Support with meals, appointments and social activities.
• Maintain and update care plans and records.
• Support independent living skills and domestic duties.
• Keep training up to date.
