Lifeways Southampton is hiring Care Support Workers to join our team in SO31. You’ll help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs live life with independence, dignity and joy.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time hours (7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm) with waking nights available. Pay is £14 per hour and full training is provided.

From day one you’ll be supported, recognised and empowered to succeed in a role that makes a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs to live independently with dignity and joy.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and medication.
• Help people access the community through activities and outings.
• Handle challenging moments with calm and with training provided.
