Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking part-time night care workers for 16 hours per week in Newbury, working two wakes nights from 10:00pm to 6:00am. You will support adults with learning disabilities in their homes, helping with daily routines, fostering independence, and promoting community connections.

Full training provided; opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Some weekend work may be required; DBS check, travel, and onboarding processes are part of the role.

• Adapt support to fit daily needs and preferences.
• Encourage individuals to make their own choices and be involved in activities.
• Help people to become as independent as possible.
• Assist with community participation, clubs, and connections with family and friends.
