A leading care provider is seeking a Night Support Worker in Louth to support a teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home. The role offers a flexible schedule of 2-3 nights a week and up to £13.50 per hour, along with extensive training and support. Ideal candidates will possess a caring nature and effective communication skills. Driver's license required due to the rural location.

We'd like you to join us as a Night Support Worker at our young client's home in North Somercotes (rural village outside of Louth). Due to the rural location you will need to be a driver with a car.
This role is to support a 17 year old teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home.
Our client lives at home with her parents, siblings and pets.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
