Responsabilités

• Conduct regular hostel patrols and welfare checks.
• Support residents with wellbeing and individual support needs.
• Maintain building security and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Complete health and safety, compliance and fire safety checks.
• Monitor and record all relevant activity throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.
