Job summary

YMCA Trinity Group Ipswich is seeking an Accommodation Night Worker to support young people overnight. You’ll ensure the building is clean, safe, and secure, welcome residents and staff, and help keep the environment calm during the night.

You’ll work a 4 on/4 off rota from 10pm to 8am, handling overnight tasks and responding to incidents. A compassionate approach and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people or those with complex needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building clean, safe and secure overnight.
• Welcome residents and staff during night shifts.
