Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Coventry is seeking a venue supervisor to oversee the floor and staff on shift, with nights from 22:00 to 08:30, three nights per week.

You will handle a master cash float, assist with collections and banking, promote offers and events, and ensure excellent customer service while complying with ID checks and gambling legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or venue supervision.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venue floor and staff on shift.
• Act as manager in the absence of the supervisor.
• Handle master cash float and assist with banking.
• Promote offers, promotions and events.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to customers.
• Provide change and cash handling as part of daily duties.
• ID checking and adherence to gambling legislation.

Job description

Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, Full Flexibility, night shifts - 22.00-8.30 am, 3 out of the 7 nights to be covered

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

As a supervisor you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Further duties may also include:

• Carrying a master cash float
• Supporting in collections and banking

Alongside the above duties you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
