Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Wakefield is hiring a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service and run venues smoothly. The role mainly focuses on assisting customers, with opportunities to step up to supervisory duties and earn an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour, plus £1.50 extra per hour for night hours (11pm–6am).

You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash, serve refreshments, help with opening/closing, and ensure compliance with Challenge 25 and gambling

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role required with strong communication.
• Experience handling cash and giving change.
• Ability to supervise staff during shifts.
• Knowledge of Challenge 25 policy and gambling legislation.

Job description

Shift pattern: 2 x 10 hour night shifts, over a 7 day period.

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you'll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
