You'll be the first point of contact for students, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring their safety and comfort overnight. Job Description: Location: Cardiff
Hours: 8pm to 7am (31.5 hours per week, 3 days per week)
Salary: £16.03 per hour

As a Night Concierge, you'll play a key role in supporting residents overnight - providing a friendly face, excellent customer service, and ensuring their comfort and security throughout the night.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for students and guests overnight, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
  • Carry out regular security checks and monitor safety around the property.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional, timely way.
  • Keep accurate records and support with any incidents or emergencies.
  • Work closely with your daytime colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication skills - friendly, approachable, and confident.
  • Good IT and numeracy skills.
  • A calm and professional approach to problem solving.
  • Awareness of health & safety responsibilities.
  • Previous customer service or security experience is helpful, but not essential - what matters most is your attitude.
