Job summary

Sainsbury's in Stafford is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight replenishment team, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are replenished for a strong morning shift. You’ll be responsible for the full shift, safety and wellbeing of colleagues, and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a full-time, night-time role across four nights per week, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and opportunities to drive KPI performance and store operations from dusk

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering brilliant customer service.
• Experience leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
• Experience meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Able to manage employee relations issues including performance and absence.
• Willing to work night shifts and adapt to overnight working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team overnight to deliver replenishment across the store and prioritise deliveries.
• Run a full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent for the morning shift and customers.
• Manage scheduling, performance and disciplinary actions as required.
