Qualifications

• Proven experience in export operations, especially with customs.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily export operations including booking air freight.
• Prepare and submit export declarations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and guidelines.

Skills

Proven export background ideally with road export / customs experience

Proficiency in air export functions and the Customs Declaration System (CDS)

Strong understanding of air freight tariffs and charges

Excellent interpersonal and computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work under pressure

Exceptional organisational and time management skills
