Tesco is hiring a Night Shift Lead to supervise store teams and ensure a high standard of service and operations overnight. You will oversee day-to-day store activities, coach colleagues, and lead in the Manager’s absence.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. Experience in fast-paced retail, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving, is essential.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Able to work night shifts; must be 18+ years old.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Work across store areas and with colleagues on day-to-day operations.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships to support team performance.
• Lead the store in the Manager’s absence and make balanced, flexible decisions.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role-model great service.
• Be the go-to person for operational queries and customer needs.
