Job summary

HC-One is a leading care provider across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for a full-time night shift (33 hours per week) with flexible requirements to support residents with dignity and purpose.

Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities while safeguarding residents’ wellbeing and maintaining individuality.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help with daily activities in the home and provide compassionate end-of-life care where needed.
• Assist with safeguarding and escalate concerns as required.
