Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts, overseeing a team to deliver person-centered care in dementia, nursing, and residential settings. You will build trust with residents and families, ensuring dignity, security and independence through tailored care plans.

You will lead care staff, document care accurately, and support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager. A positive energy and strong teamwork are essential to success at HC-One.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent
• Willing to work night shifts
• Experience in dementia care preferred
• Strong record-keeping and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resident records
• Assist with daily living activities and medications as required
