Job summary

HC-One Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a night shift role (8pm–8am) on a 3 on/3 off rotation. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised care for residents with dementia and other care needs, and support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in a compassionate, quality-focused environment.

Ideally you will hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and work toward Level 3, with strong record-keeping and time-management, and a genuine kindness for residents and

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care completed or in progress
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification
• Strong record-keeping and time-management skills
• Kindness and caring for residents, including those with dementia

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
• Plan and implement personalised care plans for residents
• Assist with medication administration under supervision
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with residents and families
