Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Care Assistant to support residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will work 8pm–8am under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities while prioritising residents’ dignity and wellbeing.

You’ll contribute to a compassionate, safe and respectful environment, recognising individual needs and supporting residents to live with purpose and comfort during the night hours at HC-One.

Qualifications

• Night shift (8pm–8am) with part-time and full-time options.
• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and help with daily activities.
