Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working 44 hours per week during night shifts. You will support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in a dementia, nursing or residential care setting.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant role.
• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Safeguarding training is required and awareness of signs of harm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Support residents to maintain dignity and independence.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
