Job summary

HC-One in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will help with personal care, meals and daily activities, ensuring residents maintain dignity and individuality.

You will deliver care with compassion, safeguarding, and a focus on resident wellbeing, including emotional support and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and help with daily activities in the home.
• Promote dignity and individuality, provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed, and safeguard residents.
