HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care and daily activities to promote comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care tasks including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Ability to support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Assist with meals, mobility and activities to maintain dignity and independence.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervising nurses in a timely manner.
