HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for full-time night shifts (44 hours per week). You will support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes, delivering care that respects individuality and dignity.

Under a Registered Nurse's guidance, you will assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities while safeguarding residents. We value empathy, commitment, and a heart-led approach to care.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant.
• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care aligned with residents' individuality and dignity.
• Safeguarding training to recognise and report concerns.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality care.
