Job summary

RLH - Security is seeking a Night Security Officer for Renaissance London Heathrow, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff during night hours. You will support security management, monitor surveillance, and perform patrols across hotel premises.

Ideal candidates will have an SIA licence, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance. The role offers a 4-on, 4-off pattern with 12-hour shifts and benefits including meals on duty and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• SIA licence required for security duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager in implementing security measures for visits of guests and VIPs.
• Monitor CCTV and assist with investigations as needed.
• Perform security patrols to prevent unauthorised access and ensure safety.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and lockers per hotel policy.

A bit about what you will do...

Night security Officers in our team always ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees of our hotel and grounds during the night.

• Assisting our Security Manger put security measures in place for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.
• Carry out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire and health & safety.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel's policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.
• Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.
• Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise security manager.
