Job summary

Luxury Leisure seeks a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service in our venues. You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash, and keep the venue tidy and inviting.

When needed, you’ll step up to supervise the team and apply the enhanced night-rate for supervisory duties. Shifts are nights (9:30 PM – 8:00 AM) with an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour for supervisory duties plus an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between 11 PM and 6 AM, across 2 x 10

Shift pattern: 2 x 10 hour night shifts across 7 days. Shifts are 9.30PM - 8.00AM.

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
