Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our award-winning hotel connected to Terminal 5. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information on facilities and local attractions while delivering warm, professional service.

We value a calm, organized, and guest-focused approach, with strong English communication. Prior 5-star hotel experience is a real advantage, and Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High standard of written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Night Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a professional manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Answer calls, allocate rooms, and prepare guests’ bills.

Salary – £27,027plus Tronc

• 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern
• Holiday – 20 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
