Sofitel Heathrow invites you to join our award-winning team as a receptionist at Terminal 5. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out efficiently, and guide visitors to facilities with warmth and professionalism.

We value superb communication in English, strong multitasking, and a polished appearance. Experience in a 5-star hotel and Opera PMS are advantages, with 28 days holiday and excellent staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Providing a high-quality service comes naturally.

• 5-star hotel experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
