Job summary

Arora Group is seeking a Night Porter to join the team at Hilton London Gatwick, connected to Gatwick South terminal. You will ensure guests receive excellent service through the night, managing check-in/out, and assisting guests with information about facilities and local area.

Role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a tidy, professional appearance. Knowledge of Opera PMS or Micros is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a 4-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure with strong multi-tasking ability.
• Smart, professional appearance and team-player mindset.
• Experience with Opera PMS or Micros is a plus.
