Job summary

Hilton London Gatwick is seeking a proactive Night Porter to ensure guests receive excellent service throughout the night. You will manage check-in and checkout processes, provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions, and resolve issues promptly.

Administrative duties and preparation tasks complete the role. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly in English, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Night porter role in a 4-star hotel preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night portering duties and guest check-in/out.
• Provide guests with information about facilities and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare nightly reports.
