Job summary

Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is part of The QHotels Collection and is recruiting for a night reception role. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest inquiries with a calm, friendly approach to ensure satisfaction across stays.

Located in Scunthorpe, this 4-star, 188-bedroom property offers a range of dining and leisure facilities. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service during night shifts within a welcoming team.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and checkouts and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
