Job summary

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, a 4* property with 146 bedrooms, sits just outside Warrington and is part of The QHotels Collection. We are looking for a night receptionist who welcomes guests, manages night-time arrivals and departures, and handles enquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

You will work with minimal supervision, deliver exceptional guest service, resolve issues calmly, and help create a warm, safe environment for overnight guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the reception during the night, greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest enquiries and complaints with a friendly, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
