Job summary

Travelodge Market Harborough is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help ensure a smooth overnight operation in a friendly, family-like team.

No experience is required as we provide coaching; you’ll walk the corridors, respond to noise concerns, and help prepare the hotel for the next day, including breakfast prep and occasional bar service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in
• Walking the corridors to monitor noise and handle issues
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep
• Occasionally serving behind the bar during shifts

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
