Job summary

Travelodge in Torquay is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day within a fun, supportive team. Training is provided, and flexible hours can suit different schedules.

Join a friendly Travelodge team and seize opportunities to progress through Aspire Programme or incentives. Experience is not required, and full guidance will be offered to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the front desk.
• Walk hotel corridors regularly and address noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
